Hi, I’m Katia, the artist behind Katsuko Studios. I create cute, expressive characters that live on stickers, prints, and tiny things you’ll want to hoard.

My work is inspired by everyday feelings, quiet moments, and those oddly specific moods that don’t always have words for them. What starts as a simple doodle usually turns into a tiny character with a full personality and emotional range.

Two of my main characters are Frop and Blip.

Frop is a soft, slightly overwhelmed frog who’s always doing his best… even when things feel like a lot. He lives in that space between trying to stay positive and needing a nap.

Blip, on the other hand, moves through the world a little differently. He’s a bit more curious, a bit more chaotic, and tends to find himself in unexpected situations — sometimes by accident, sometimes not.

Together, they represent different sides of the same feelings: the quiet and the chaotic, the gentle and the unhinged.

Everything I create is designed to feel personal, comforting, and a little bit silly — like something you didn’t know you needed until you saw it.
